Starting in July, nearly 180 Flash Foods' gas stations across Florida and Georgia will start offering discounts for customers who pay in cash. Currently, vendors have to pay credit card processing fees as high as 2 percent on every transaction, which amounts to as much as 9 to 12 cents a gallon. Initially, Flash Foods will charge 6 cents less per gallon to consumers who pay in cash.

Visa's IPO brought in a record $17.9 billion selling 406 million shares at $44 each. The stock closed its first day of trading at $56.5 nearly 28 percent above its IPO price.
