Comcast has announced a partnership with MGM to launch the first all-action video-on-demand network. The new channel will be dedicated solely to action programming featuring popular action films and shows.

Comcast's subscriber's website was briefly hacked overnight. According to broadbandreports.com, Comcast's site was hacked at roughly 11:00 p.m. eastern. The hackers defaced Comcast's portal with a note saying the hackers had "RoXed" Comcast.

Comcast issued a warning Wednesday that it expects to lose video customers in 2008 due to increase competition and economic pressures. The warning comes one day after Comcast CFO Michael Angelakis lowered the company's 2007 forecasted revenue growth to 11 percent down from over 12 percent.
