Microsoft is still in the process of evaluating its offer with Yahoo. Sources familiar with the mater indicate that Microsoft's previous offer may be higher then Yahoo is current worth given recent market conditions and the Internet deteriorating online business. Yahoo has recently been struggling to keep online market share. Microsoft is still considering buying out Yahoo; however, thus far Yahoo has been not willing to enter reasonable negotiations.
