Two Detroit pension funds have sued Yahoo Inc, for rejecting Microsoft's $41.2 billion offer. Yahoo declined to comment. Recently, Yahoo has been facing a huge amount of pressure from its shareholders over its decision to not accept Microsoft's buyout offer, which had a 62 percent premium over Yahoo's share price.
