Apple Inc. updated both its iPhone and iPod touch models Tuesday. The company released new models with double the memory capacity over current units. The new iPhone model has 16 gigabytes of memory and is being sold for $499, and the new iPod Touch comes with 32 gigabytes of memory for $499. The new devices are already available through Apple's online store.
