Comcast reported that it has received two notices of inquiring from the FCC, stating that the FCC is investing complaints from Vuze Inc. regarding blocking BitTorrent. Comcast refuted the allegations stating that it does not block certain web traffic. Comcast said that it has used bandwidth throttling technology to limit the transfer rates of files; however, it would not block traffic to certain web traffic outright.
