Toyota Becomes #2 Largest U.S. Automaker (seattlepi.nwsource.com)

Toyota has overtaken Ford Motor Co to become the second largest automaker in the U.S. by sales. Toyota sold more then 2.62 million automobiles in 2007 just slightly more then Ford. General Motors remains the largest automaker in the U.S. with sales of 3.82 million automobiles.
