Morgan Stanley Lowers Price Target for Citigroup (today.reuters.com)

Morgan Stanley lowered their price target for Citigroup to $28.00 from $34.00. They expect Citigroup's new CEO, Vikram Pandit, to cut the dividend to 30 cents per share from 54 cents. Other analysts have also reported that Citigroup would need to cut their dividend in order for the Bank to replenish its capital.
