Oil Closes 11 Percent Down for the Week (www.marketwatch.com)

Despite OPEC cutting oil production by 1.5 million barrels per day, oil dropped to its lowest level in 17 months. Concerns over the global financial crisis have led oil to drop over 11 percent for the week. Crude Oil closed at $64.15 Friday down 5.4 percent for the day.
