Ameribank's Bankruptcy is 12th Bank Failure this Year (money.cnn.com)

Ameribank with $115 million in assets filed for bankruptcy Friday. This is the 12th bank failure this year. The FDIC announced that it has entered into an agreement with Pioneer Community Bank and Citizens Savings Bank to take over all of Ameribank's deposits.
