As anticipated Apple released new iPods at their annual media event today. The new iPod nano's are taller and are much more vibrant in color. Apple released to versions with increased memory capacity the 8GB version for $149 and 16GB version for $199. The new iPod nano's are available in 9 different colors much more then Apple typically releases. Apple also released updated versions of its iPod touch supporting greater memory capacity and a curved back much similar to the iPhone. A long with the new iPods Apple also released an updated version of iTunes with support for HD TV shows.
