Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company announced plans to close 92 of its retail stores. The company plans to first communicate the store closing with the 500 full-time and 100 part-time employees directly impacted by the closings before publicly announcing the locations. Goodyear is the largest tire company and currently employees nearly 70,000 employees in 25 countries around the world.
