Intel to Name Nehalem Desktop Processor Core i7 (www.mercurynews.com)

Intel is reading its new Nehalem CPU architecture. It plans to sell the new generation of CPUs under the name Core i7 under the "Core" brand. The new chips are expected to be in production beginning in October.
