The launch of Apple's new 3G iPhone turned into a mess Friday, after many customers experienced issues getting their new iPhones to work. The problem was the iTunes severs become extremely overloaded causing grief to customers trying to activate their new phones. A system wide problem prevented consumers from activating their phones in store as planned. Consumers were told to go home to finish the activation.
