Nissan Going Diesel (news.moneycentral.msn.com)

Nissan announced plans to launch its first "clean diesel" SUV at G8. The new SUV is scheduled to start selling in Japan in October 2009. The new SUV can offer up to 30 percent higher gas mileage than its gasoline version. Nissan also announced plans to release a diesel version of its Nissan Maxima in the United States by 2010.
